When a friends grape vines came in to bloom this summer, we foraged the sweetest grapes by the basketful.
We soaked these beautiful grapes in sugar to bring out their sweet flavor. We added locally foraged, sugary sweet white elderberries from bushes down the road. We called them nature's candy.
This jam is full of green grapes and chewy bites of white elderberry and it tastes like sweet summer heaven.
